Steps to Sign Up for Our Social Support Groups
Ready to join one of Empower's social support groups? Here's how to sign up and a few notes:

Shoot Us an Email:
Just send a message to groups@empowerhelp.com with your name, the group you're interested in, and attach your completed pre-group paperwork (you can download that below!).

Complete the Paperwork:
Remember, we can’t lock in your spot without the paperwork—so make sure to fill it out and send it over!

Limited Spaces—Act Fast:
Our groups are small and tend to fill up super quickly. If you’re interested, don’t wait too long!
