Clinical Diagnostic Assessment
A thorough evaluation conducted by our licensed professionals to understand your mental health needs. Preliminary DSM-5 Diagnosis. Creation of a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Professional documentation that can be shared with your Primary Care Physician (PCP), courts, schools, and other relevant entities to support your comprehensive care.
Clinical Mental Health Follow-up
Our Follow-Up Clinical Therapy Sessions continue your mental wellness journey, following your personalized treatment plan. These sessions provide structured therapy in line with your established plan, working towards consistent progress. You'll receive ongoing support and professional guidance from our experienced therapists to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Note: A completed Diagnostic Assessment is required before starting follow-up sessions.
Coaching Initial Consultation
Our Coaching Intake and Evaluation process begins with a thorough assessment of your goals and needs. We work with you to develop both short-term and long-term goals based on your personal perception of success, ensuring a tailored and effective coaching experience.

Couples Initial Assessment
Our Couples Intake Assessment provides an in-depth evaluation of your needs as a couple. We develop a comprehensive support plan tailored to your unique situation and goals. This service includes transmittable documentation that can be shared with your Primary Care Physician (PCP), courts, and other outside entities.

EmpowerPATH Bundle
Our EmpowerPATH Bundle includes an initial EmpowerPATH consultation, two additional follow-up sessions, and two hours of supported computer access. This comprehensive package ensures you have the guidance and tools needed to maximize your use of the EmpowerPATH platform.
EmpowerPath Consultation
Our EmpowerPATH Consultation provides you with access to the EmpowerPATH interface. This service includes supported initial set-up and education on the platform, tailored to your unique needs and goals. We offer personalization assistance and access to EmpowerPATH resources and network to help you make the most of this powerful tool.
EmpowerPath Follow-up
Our EmpowerPATH Follow-Up Sessions include two additional alignment-focused meetings dedicated to optimizing the interface according to your unique needs. These sessions ensure that EmpowerPATH continues to effectively support your goals and preferences.
Crisis Management Intake
Our Crisis Assessment involves a thorough evaluation of your immediate needs and emotional support requirements. This service includes the development of a personalized crisis intervention plan to address your urgent concerns effectively.
Crisis Management Follow-up (PHONE)
Our Crisis Follow-Up Communication includes a phone call within three days to evaluate the development and effectiveness of the crisis intervention. This ensures timely support and necessary adjustments to the intervention plan.

Our Crisis Follow-Up Session includes an in-person meeting within three days to evaluate the development and effectiveness of the crisis intervention. This ensures timely support and adjustment to the intervention plan as needed.
Support Room Rental
Our cozy support rooms are available for rent on a donation basis, with all proceeds going towards offering free support groups and services for individuals who cannot afford them. By renting our space, you're not just finding a place for your meetings or events – you're also contributing to a network of community support and empowerment.
