Who can use Empower’s services?Our services are designed for women, couples, and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. However, we are inclusive and welcome anyone seeking support for their mental health and well-being. At Empower, we specialize in providing therapy and coaching services for individuals aged 15 and older. Our focus is on empowering teens, young adults, and adults to navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional wellness.

What telehealth services do you offer?We offer a range of telehealth services after in-person initial assessment, including individual counseling. Our telehealth services are designed to provide the same level of care and support as our in-person sessions.

What types of insurances do you accept?At Empower, we currently accept the following insurance providers: ​Aetna Anthem Blue Cross Blue Cross Blue Shield Cigna Medical Mutual Meritain Molina Optum Optum VA UMR CareSource United Behavioral Health United Healthcare Self-pay If we do not accept your insurance at this time, please reach out to us! We’re happy to discuss our self-pay rates and find a solution that works best for you. How does Empower support the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community?We provide culturally competent care tailored to the needs of the Deaf and HH community, including therapy sessions conducted in American Sign Language (ASL), Deaf-friendly resources, and the use of assistive technologies.
